We received an emergency network maintenance notification - us10a.serverse.com
We have been notified of an emergency maintenance window by one of our upstream providers to repair a damaged fiber cable serving our Tampa, FL (TPA1/TPA2) facilities. This critical repair is necessary to prevent a potential unplanned outage. The maintenance is scheduled for April 23, 2026, from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM ET. While this work is vital for long-term stability, our team is proactively re-routing traffic around the affected paths prior to the start time to ensure continuous service.
Because our network architecture utilizes redundant paths, we do not anticipate any service interruptions during this window. However, as with any emergency fiber work, there is a slight possibility of brief latency or path instability while traffic is shifted. We will monitor the situation closely until the provider confirms the repairs are complete and the fiber is fully restored.
