We are experiencing a hardware issue with our cp5.extentions.net — cPanel server.
Summary: We experienced a hard disk failure today.
1st Option: Replace the failed hard disk and integrate the new disk into the RAID array. This is a critical task, and it can fail.
Backup Option: We could build a new server and migrate everything quickly. As you know, this would result in a new server IP address.
We will commence the 1st option when our data center is ready to replace the hard disk.
