This is a brief update regarding the cp2 server outage.
It has been over six hours, and the server is still offline. We currently do not have physical access to the server, which is unresponsive to SSH or WHM. Therefore, our only option is to wait for the data center to resolve the issue.
We have an Acronis server image stored at a different data center, which we can use to set up a new server and restore the Acronis backup. However, this process could take 24 hours or more due to the backup size. As a result, we will wait for the data center to fix the server for us, which seems to be the best option.
