We regret to inform you that our servers are still isolated from the billing system due to recent hacking issues. This means that all automated transactions are temporarily disconnected for safety reasons. We are upgrading our billing modules to ensure they are secure before enabling them for public use. This process may take a little longer than expected.

Please note that our Email and help desk support systems are fully operational, and all web hosting servers and radio hosting accounts are up and running smoothly. However, we have temporarily disabled all billing automated account suspension and termination processes until we get the full system back online.

To ensure the safety of our users' profiles, we have migrated all profiles to https://login.comcities.com. If you are unable to login, please use the "forgot password" option to reset your login password. If you are unable to login to your hosting account, please contact our support team to reset your password.
