Effective immediately, the above servers will officially be deprecated and will be discontinued from February 28, 2020, onwards
- Why deprecated servers: Server hardware come to end of life, Operation system come to end of life
- What I need to do: open a ticket with our help desk to obtain a new account on new servers
- What happens if you do not want to move to the new server: You will not get any support for any issues related to deprecated servers, and your monthly fees will increase depending on the shared clients on the server
we will make a new account on a new server, and clients need to configure new radios on new servers, and all affected clients will receive two months of free service credits.
